Vintage 1994 Earthen Vessel Studio Pottery Noah's Ark Crock

This studio pottery pot features a hand-painted, raised-relief folk art design illustrating the story of Noah's Ark, handcrafted by Earthen Vessel Gallery in Cincinnati, Ohio. The front depicts Noah alongside pairs of animals, including elephants, giraffes, lions, and sheep, gathered before the ark. The back displays complementary raised detailing featuring a dove carrying an olive branch under the sun. The piece is finished in a mottled slate-blue glaze with a rich terracotta-red rim and side loop handles. The bottom is signed and dated "Earthen Vessel, Cin, Oh 1994" along with the artist's signature. It offers a generous capacity suitable for use as a cookie jar, utensil holder, storage crock, planter, or tabletop centerpiece. No visible chips or cracks present. Please see photos for more details.
