Framed oil painting on canvas depicting waves crashing against a rocky coastline beneath a lavender and pink sunset sky. A distant shoreline and buildings appear along the horizon. Signed in the lower left, but the artist’s signature is difficult to read. Presented in a decorative gold-tone frame with a linen liner. Measures approximately 42 x 28 inches overall. Condition: Canvas has multiple punctures and tears with associated paint loss, including a large damaged area near the center and additional damage in the upper-right portion of the sky. Painting also has scratches, marks, surface wear, and scattered paint loss. Frame and liner have discoloration, dust, scuffs, scratches, and finish wear.
