Framed painting on canvas depicting a snow-covered city street with a horse-drawn carriage, pedestrians, colorful buildings and domed architecture in the distance. Signed “R. Milano” in the lower-left corner. Presented in a dark wood-tone inner frame with a beige fabric-covered outer frame. Measures approximately 12” wide x 10” tall overall. Painting shows light surface dirt, scattered marks and a thin horizontal surface line near the lower portion. Fabric covering has discoloration, stains, loose threads, fraying and edge wear.
