Marge Brandt Corn Cob College Signed Print

Limited-edition architectural print by Ohio artist Marge Sheely Brandt titled “The Ohler School (Corn Cob College).” The artwork depicts the historic red-brick schoolhouse surrounded by trees and tall grass. Signed “Marge Brandt” in the lower margin and hand-numbered 204/800. A printed history of Corn Cob College, written by Mary McClintock, is attached to the reverse. Mounted on a rigid backing board with a hanging tab. Unframed. Shows scattered discoloration, stains, surface marks, small dents, and general wear. The backing has edge and corner wear, including damage at the upper-right corner. An old price sticker remains near the lower-right edge. Please review photos carefully for condition and details.
