PRACTICE BIDDING LOT Lot#5C can be used for test bidding, to place sample and practice bids. Feel free to bid on this lot, these are sample bids only and you will not be charged for using the practice bidding lot. MAXIMUM BID FEATURE Bidders wanting to place a higher bid versus the next dollar increment or if unable to participate during the auction closing may enter a maximum bid amount. This can be done when clicking on the Bid button on any particular lot. Once you click on this a confirm your bid page will open. Under the words New Max Bid, you will see the next minimum bid amount, simply override that amount with your max bid or clicking on the plus button will go up a dollar at a time, then click on the Confirm Bid button. The bidding platform will automatically bid on the bidder's behalf using the established bid increments, only increasing the bid as necessary to maintain the lead position up to the bidder's maximum amount. Quick Note: If the reserve has not been met, then all bids placed are basically bidding against the reserve. But once the reserve is met, the item will have a green checkmark, then it takes someone to bid against you to advance your bid, just like a live auction. RESERVES Orange Reserve Indicator: The seller's reserve price has not been met. Bids will continue until the reserve is reached. Green Checkmark: The reserve has been met, and the property will sell to the highest bidder. If the reserve is not met by the close of the auction, the property will not sell. ..., Auction Information
