TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASING and SHIPPING FIREARMS *ALL FIREARM SALES ARE SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL/STATE FIREARM REGULATIONS, ALL GUN BUYERS MUST CLEAR STATE AND FEDERAL REGULATORY CHECKS. Please bring your valid Wisconsin Driver's License or ID. * $25 per person for Firearm Background/Transfer Fee for Handguns, NO REFUNDS * $15 per person for Firearm Background/Transfer Fee for Long Guns, NO REFUNDS * Firearms must be paid for before we conduct a background check. * LONG GUN BUYERS Must be at Least 18 Years Old * HANDGUN BUYERS Must be at Least 21 Years Old *If you have won a firearm that requires a FFL Transfer, we will need a copy of your local gun dealers signed and current FFL Dealers License. Please have them email us this at [email protected]. We will then package and ship out your firearm(s). * For Wisconsin Buyers requiring Shipping: ALL FIREARMS (REQUIRING A BACKGROUND CHECK) NOT PICKED UP IN PERSON must be Shipped to a LICENSED FFL HOLDER. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING, TRANSFER FEES AND CHARGES. Copy of FFL License can be emailed to [email protected] * ALL OUT OF STATE FIREARMS REQUIRING A BACKGROUND CHECK must be shipped to an FFL Holder in their State of Residency, BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING, TRANSFER FEES AND CHARGES. Once we receive a copy by email or mail, of your local gun dealers signed and current FFL License, we will then ship out your firearm(s). Copy of FFL License can be emailed to [email protected] * All firearms requiring a background check must be shipped to an active FFL ***YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO KNOW THE LAWS OF YOUR STATE, Some firearms may not be legal in all locations and are not for sale where prohibited. * FIREARMS HAVE NOT BEEN INSPECTED BY A GUNSMITH***ALL SALES ARE FINAL*** NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES - RECOMMENDED TO INSPECT BEFORE BIDDING * Firearms will NOT BE SOLD OUTSIDE THE USA * As a precondition of participating in this auction, buyer agrees to release seller from all liability, whether criminal or civil, arising from the purchase, ownership, possession, use or misuse of this item. * Buyer agrees to pay a $25 returned check fee. " All items won must be paid for before any items can be picked up or shipped. * Minimum packaging fees per firearm could be up to $25.00 plus cost of shipping label, but multiple items, exceptionally large, heavy, or fragile items may incur extra fees. Insurance is required on the value of the property being shipped. *Shipping Firearms and Ammunition will be done through UPS. * If you win ammo or any firearm that says "NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE" you are still responsible for payment for that item even if we are not able to ship. It will be Iggy's Auctions sole discretion on if it is possible for us to ship your item(s). The 3rd party shipper cannot accommodate shipping ammo or firearms. * Iggy's Auction is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Auction Information
