Collection of Assorted Thimbles

A collection of eight thimbles, including one metal thimble with a textured surface and seven ceramic or porcelain thimbles. The ceramic thimbles feature a variety of decorative designs including two depicting a rural cabin scene, two with floral and bird motifs (one with blue birds and white flowers, another with red flowers and green leaves, possibly a Scottish thistle design), one with blue stripes and colorful dots, one featuring a Christmas scene with children and a tree marked "Christmas 1981". Another ceramic thimble depicts lighthouses of the NC Outer Banks, including Bodie Island Light, Corolla, Cape Hatteras, Ocracoke, and Cape Lookout. Location S 5
