IMPORTANT – ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION & REMOVAL REQUIREMENTS

This auction requires additional registration approval. All bidders must call Lemons Auctioneers at (281) 357-4977 to be approved for bidding after completing auction registration and reviewing the Terms & Conditions.

Building / Structure Removal Requirements:

• Prior to bidding, the buyer must obtain a written quote for the cost of moving/removal from a licensed house/building (structural) mover.

• The quote must be emailed to Lemons Auctioneers, LLC prior to bidding — NO EXCEPTIONS.

• All costs and responsibility for removal are solely the buyer’s responsibility.

• The structural mover must meet Marion ISD minimum insurance requirements:

• Movers are responsible for verifying all required city permits, approved moving hours, and allowed moving days with the applicable municipality.

Refundable Deposit Requirement:

• A $500.00 refundable deposit is required for all buyers unless you are on our Regular Buyers List.

• If you win, the deposit will be applied to your final invoice.

• If you do not win, the deposit will be refunded by check.

• To qualify for the Regular Buyers List, buyers must have successfully completed at least five (5) prior auctions and consistently met all payment and removal requirements.

Failure to comply with any of the above requirements may result in disqualification from bidding or suspension from future auctions.
