Our yard is open for consignments starting Thursday, March 5th. We are open Monday – Friday, 9am – 4:30pm. We will be closed Monday, April 6 for Easter Monday. The last day for consignments is Wednesday, April 8th. Contact us at 587-317-3633 to get your items in.

What to do when you’ve won an item?
Invoices will be issued once the entire auction has concluded. If you’d like to receive your invoice early–to arrange payment and pickup before the auction ends–please contact us at 587-317-3633 or [email protected]. We’ll be happy to assist you.

Location Notes:
We operate out of the Agra Risk yard. The address is 1475 Wheatland Trail, Strathmore. Driving directions: from the intersection of the TransCanada Highway and Wheatland Trail, turn South for 1/2 mile and we are on the East side of the road. We are in the former Landmark Feeds location.
Bidding:
Premier Auctions uses bid extensions in its timed online auction sales. This means that within the last minute of the auction, if a bidder advances the bid, time is extended by 1 or 2 minutes (depending on the value of the item). Please watch carefully as we don’t want you to miss out on a bid if time extends!
We also will occasionally link items. What this means is we will connect certain items together so that when one item gets bid on, the time extends on all the items that are linked together.
The reason we do this is to try and replicate, as best as possible, what it would be like as a buyer in a live auction. For example, in a live auction, we would sell item’s either by choice or item-by-item. We don’t have the ability to offer choice in the current online format, and so we keep these items linked so that they provide buyers the option of going back to bid on an item again, if the one they were wanting goes too high.

Payments:
*All payments must be made in full by Friday, April 24, 2026 (unless prior arrangements have been made with Premier).*
We accept cash, debit, credit card, wire transfers, e-transfers and bank drafts as methods of payment. If you wish to pay with a credit card, please note that there is a $10,000 limit to per invoice and there will be a 3% convenience fee applied for all credit card purchases. We are on-site following sale close to accept payments. If paying via cash, please bring the exact amount as we do not always have the appropriate change.

Load-Out Information:
All items must be removed by Wednesday, April 29, 2026 (unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company).
