1949 Silver Commemorative Dollar

Post-war transition period coin in nice condition with lots of sheen/luster (ungraded).

Commemorating Newfoundland joining the Canadian Confederation as the 10th province, with Latin inscription ‘Floreat Terra Nova’ (May the New Land flourish).

Comes in a plastic coin pouch and was part of a large itemized (in coin booklet) estate silver dollar coin collection.
