1858 Twenty Cent Silver Coin

92.5% silver ‘rare single year’ pre-Confederation issue.

Minted by The Royal Mint for the Province of Canada.

This estate coin is ungraded but would likely be in the VF range at least (rim in great condition, perimeter letters are sharp, date is intact, leaves still have some veining, crown emblem still has relief/detail, and on the obverse, the Queen’s portrait still has hair strand details and other relief details as seen in photos (minimal smoothing for age of circulated coin). Also appears to have very little scratch marks.
