Trailer with taller sides

-small trailer with wooden siding
-metal checker plate flooring
-7ft x 4 ft wide x with possible 42" height on sides and back
-see photos for wheels and condition
-wood needs replacing, but frame has potential
-not road worthy at moment as tire flat (untested as to whether holds air)
