Lionel 027 Gauge Freight Flyer Train Set, Open Box, 1987

This is a Lionel Freight Flyer 027 gauge electric train set, manufactured in 1987. The open box was resealed with tape for additional photos. The set includes a 2-4-0 steam locomotive (model 8902) with operating headlight and reverse control, slope-back coal tender, boxcar (Conrail), gondola with canisters, tank car, and an Atlantic Coast Line caboose. The original track sections, power pack, and accessory parts are included, as shown. The box shows significant wear and tear but retains all inserts.
