Vintage Mattel Ken Doll with Molded Brown Hair - Loose with Cargo Shorts

This vintage male fashion figure is an authentic Mattel Ken doll featuring a classic molded hairstyle and beach-ready casual wear. Maker: Mattel, Inc. Character: Ken (Barbie companion figure) Features: Sculpted/molded dark brown hair, bright blue eyes, and a confident smiling expression with painted teeth details. Markings: The upper back torso is clearly stamped with: "© MATTEL INC 1968 INDONESIA" (Note: 1968 refers to the original core patent date for the torso mold design). Attire Included: Comes wearing a pair of loose-fitting, light-tan woven canvas cargo shorts featuring brown contrast bottom hem stitching and decorative dark brown side ties at the cuffs. Condition Report The doll is in good pre-owned vintage condition. The molded vinyl head and plastic body pieces are structurally sound, with solid and moveable limb joints that hold their pose well. The hand-painted facial registration remains sharp and clear. Minor paint loss and light scuff marks are visible on the prominent ridges of the molded hair along the top and crown of the head. The cargo shorts are intact, though the top waistband area shows standard fraying and softening to the material edge from previous play wear.
