Antique Petal Pattern Brass Sleigh Bells on Leather Strap & Horse Buggy Whip

Antique horse and carriage lot featuring a set of engraved “petal” pattern brass sleigh bells mounted on an original leather strap with forged iron buckle, along with an antique horse-drawn carriage/buggy whip with brass ferrules. Based on prior research, the sleigh bells appear to date from approximately the 1880s–1910s, while the buggy whip appears to date from approximately the 1890s–1920s. Bells feature decorative petal-style markings. Leather strap shows significant age-related deterioration and is fragile/broken in sections. Metal components show oxidation, patina and age-related wear. Buggy whip also shows wear consistent with age. Please review all photos closely for construction, condition, markings and completeness.
