Features a large green hopper, two-wheel design, adjustable application control at the handle, and broadcast distribution mechanism. Pre-owned outdoor condition with surface dirt, residue, fading, scratches, and general wear. Metal components show areas of oxidation/rust from age and use. Hopper has some debris present.
