The C.P.P.D will provide the winning bidder an MV-906A (Certification of Abandoned Vehicle Acquisition), and a MV-103 (Odometer & Damage Disclosure Statement). Once these two forms are presented to NYSDMV, along with your completed MV82 (Vehicle Registration/Title Application); a DTF-802 (Statement of Transaction – Sale or Gift of Motor Vehicle; NY State Insurance ID Card (FS-20); & the bill of sale from Auctions International, a vehicle title will eventually be issued by NYSDMV to the new registered owner. **
