• There may be miscellaneous volumes that are missing from the sets.

Removal Instructions: The asset must be removed within 10 working days of close of auction. Any asset paid for but not picked up within 10 working days will be subject to a $40 storage fee per calendar day or forfeiture. The removal is the responsibility of the winning bidder.

Special Instructions: Being offered for sale "AS IS - WHERE IS". No guarantees or warranties. Assets may contain defects not readily apparent by visual inspection. The State of New Jersey Surplus Property Unit is part of a state agency that sells used property for other state agencies across the State of New Jersey. We normally get very little to no information on most items we sell, and it is the bidders’ responsibility to inspect and determine the overall condition of the items they wish to purchase. Also, please note that the picture(s) are only part of the description and cannot be relied upon to determine overall condition. Physical inspection of the property is highly encouraged and recommended. There may be missing items/parts that were removed before turning the item into the surplus property unit. There are no refunds!
