The lot includes the bedding shown: white quilted coverlet, pillows and shams, a pink throw, and three yellow and floral accent pillows. The nightstands, side table and lamps are not included. Measures 78 long by 53.5 tall and 67 wide. The mattress and box spring are NOT sold with this lot. The lot is the frame and the bedding only; the winning bidder is welcome to take the mattress and box spring away with them at no charge. Located on the lower level of the home. Removal is out the walkout patio door and around the outside of the house, so there are no stairs, but plan the load-out before auction day. This is a large, heavy piece: bring sufficient help and equipment to move and load it. No assistance is provided on site.
