The two drop leaves raise on slide-out metal supports to widen the top for dining use. The underside carries a manufacturer label reading Pier 1 Imports, item 012011, made in Vietnam, CARB 93120 Phase 1 compliant. Top measures 60 in. long by 21 in. wide with the leaves down, 30 in. tall, with two 9 in. leaves. The dried floral and burlap centerpiece is not included. Located on the lower level of the home. Removal is out the walkout patio door and around the outside of the house, so there are no stairs, but plan the load-out before auction day.
