1969 Pontiac Lemans

Originally built in 2005–2006 in Chesapeake, Virginia, by Jesse’s Rod Shop. I have the original copy of the vehicle appraisal that was completed in January of 2007. The value given then was $65,000 USD. When I purchased the car in 2018, it came with a 3-inch binder containing all of the original bills and invoices from the original build. I have attached a spreadsheet summary of these invoices, as well as another listing of more recent work that was completed by Sheldon Lischinski of Rocket Science in Selkirk, MB, in 2025.
