Pickup & Loadout Information

Pickup for this auction will be held Friday, September 25 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Lakeside Realty & Auction, 3556 Highway 71 South, Spirit Lake, Iowa. This scheduled pickup time is strongly preferred. If you are unable to pick up during the scheduled time, please contact our office prior to the close of the auction to make alternate arrangements. Lakeside Realty & Auction will have a forklift and skid loader available to assist with loading. Buyers are responsible for bringing adequate trailers, tie-downs, chains, straps, packing materials, and any additional help needed. Buyers should be prepared to drive equipment onto trailers and secure all purchases themselves. Items not removed within 48 hours of auction closing may be subject to a $50 per day storage fee unless prior arrangements have been approved. Payment Information Invoices under $500 will automatically be charged to the credit card on file with HiBid and are subject to a 3.5% credit card convenience fee. Invoices over $500 may be paid by cash, certified bank check, wire transfer, or approved funds. Wire transfers are subject to a $20 incoming wire fee. All invoices must be paid in full within 48 hours following the close of the auction. No items may be removed until payment has been made in full.
