Winchester 1894 30 WCF

This Winchester 1894 is a credit for the design of John Moses Browning, who lent his extensive design talents to a large number of weapon types throughout his career. The Model 1894 was the first Winchester rifle made for use with the new technology of smokeless powder and was developed as a hunting rifle. Over 7.5 million were produced from 1894 until 2006. While various cartridges were supported throughout the run of the gun, the .30WCF or as we know it today as the .30-30 Win became its staple. This carbine is in its original patina with a blued barrel and 6rnd magazine tube the receiver is browning with traces of its original bluing. The American smooth walnut forend and straight stock with a curved steel buttplate have some light scratches, and it has the traditional Marbel�s rear and fixed front sights. Please see photos. C&R
