The Winchester Model 101 12ga is a highly regarded Japanese-made over/under shotgun known for its slim profile, durability, and Grade 3 European walnut furniture. Production of the original Japanese (Kodentia/Niko) variants was handled by the Olin/USRAC partnership and largely phased out around this time, though they remain popular for both hunting and clay shooting. This Winchester Model 101 stands out with factory scroll engraving on the blued receiver and 26� vent rib barrels, and clean execution throughout. Built by Olin-Kodensha with a K-prefix serial number, it features a 2 3/4" Chamber and fixed Mod upper and Cyl lower Chokes, plus a single trigger and tang safety. The checkered walnut checkered forend and stock with grip cap medallion complete a classic and well-appointed over/under. There are signs of use with some scratches on the wood furniture and a repaired crack on the forend by the receiver on the right side. Please see photos.
