Make: Ice House MFG Model: Bren MK II M/67 Caliber: .303 Brit Action: Semi Serial # TI884 Condition: Very Good The Bren Mk II build by Ice House Manufacturing using an Inglis parts kit. The Bren machine gun was the workhorse of the Commonwealth Infantry for squad support. This gun is made up of original parts from the Canadian Inglis Corporation and retains proof marks such as �Crown over D/R/C� British Royal Ordnance Factories Canadian Arsenal John Inglis during WW II and the �Circle Arrowhead� of the British military, and 43 for year. The metal retains a very nice blued finish throughout the receiver, and what looks to be original finish on the barrel and other parts including the bi-pod. The wood furniture and carry handle were selected by the customer to be in original battlefield pickup sturdy but showing use shape for that authentic look. IHM converted this parts kit to a semi auto using the "Mighty-Lime" telescoping striker system. The rifle incorporates a Mk1-style folding charging handle. The bore is bright with great rifling. The bipod swings out forwards or backward and is stiff when unfolded. The rifle includes 1 - 30 rnd detachable magazine and a fitted polymer hard case with wheels.
