This 1988 Mazda RX7 convertible, originally intended to be a drift car, includes a used 1989 Mazda RX7 Turbo 2 rotary engine. The engine turns over by hand and was purchased from a specialist in Calgary. It has piping and connections for a front-mount intercooler and dual oil coolers. It has BC Racing coilovers, which were purchased and installed in 2021. 
A short-throw shifter has been added to increase shifting speed; however, it remains unused.  

Most of the parts to finish this build are located inside the car. These items include a brand-new starter, intercooler piping, hoses, clamps, a steering angle kit, fender flares, and various other accessories. The wrap was installed to preserve the original paint so the car can be put back to stock if needed. The original bumpers (front & rear) are also included. Lastly, there are aftermarket mufflers stored in the trunk. 

Before starting this build, the headlights, convertible top, windows, and lights all worked, and the car drove well.
